Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical tools for managing innovation from idea to scale. You will work with methods used to frame problems, generate options, test assumptions, and decide what to move forward. The program focuses on applied exercises and templates you can use immediately in your team. Sessions mix short theory with hands-on practice and real case work.
Objectives

3. Design and execute rapid prototypes and hypothesis-driven tests, then turn results into concrete next steps.
4. Build concise business cases and selection matrices to assess value, cost, and risk for candidate innovations.
